Just One More Bite...

BBQ Pork Pizza

1 Homemade Pizza Crust
1/2 c Favorite BBQ Sauce
2-3 c Shredded Pork Roast
1 c Fresh Spinach
1/2 Sliced Red Onion
2 c Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 c Parmesan Three Cheese Blend

Spread BBQ sauce evenly onto pizza crust. Layer pork, spinach and onion over sauce. Top with cheese and bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
